You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.
3. Bookings and Reservations
Some experiences require advance reservations. Availability may be limited by date, time, studio capacity, instructor availability, materials, or the type of experience being booked.
A booking is not considered confirmed until the applicable checkout or reservation process has been successfully completed and any required payment has been received.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including the correct date, time, number of participants, contact information, and any other requested details.
4. Classes, Workshops, and Experiences
Class schedules, workshop offerings, instructors, projects, materials, pricing, duration, and availability may change from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, participation may be subject to space limitations. Certain workshops or experiences may have age requirements, supervision requirements, clothing recommendations, or other participation guidelines.
Participants are expected to follow reasonable studio rules and staff instructions while on the premises.
5. Birthday Parties and Private Events
Birthday parties, private groups, corporate events, and other private bookings may have specific guest limits, deposits, time restrictions, pricing, or other requirements.
Any specific terms provided during the booking process or communicated directly by InDreams Art Experience for a private event will apply in addition to these Terms of Service.
6. Payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be processed through WooCommerce, Clover, or another payment provider used by InDreams Art Experience. Payment information may therefore be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment processor.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel clearly erroneous transactions, or contact you if a transaction requires clarification.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, credit, and refund eligibility may vary depending on the class, workshop, event, private booking, or product purchased.
Where a specific cancellation or refund policy is shown during booking, that policy will control for that transaction.
InDreams Art Experience may need to cancel or reschedule an experience due to instructor availability, weather, emergencies, insufficient enrollment, facility issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. When this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to contact affected customers and provide an appropriate rescheduling, credit, or refund option.
8. Late Arrivals and Missed Reservations
Customers are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled experiences. Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for the session and may not automatically extend the reservation period.
Missed reservations may not be eligible for a refund or replacement session unless otherwise stated or approved by InDreams Art Experience.
9. Children and Minors
Some InDreams Art Experience activities are designed for children and families. A parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult may be required to remain present depending on the age of the participant and the activity being offered.

10. Studio Safety
Art activities may involve paint, tools, craft materials, adhesives, protective equipment, furniture, wet surfaces, or other materials commonly found in an art studio.
Participants agree to follow posted rules and reasonable instructions from studio staff. Anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, destructive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave.
11. Clothing and Personal Property
Some activities, particularly splatter painting and other hands-on art experiences, may involve paint or materials that can stain clothing, footwear, accessories, or personal belongings.
